Good quality, minor shipping delay

I purchased a set of measuring cups and spoons. The quality feels very good, substantial and accurate, which is important for baking. They've held up well after a few uses and washes. The free shipping was a plus, but my order took nearly 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the delay, so that was good. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products and value, just wish shipping was a touch faster.

Love my new bakeware set!

Just received my new bakeware set, and I'm so happy with it! The cake pans are sturdy, and everything came packed perfectly. I used the round cake pan already, and my cake just slid right out. Baking is so much more fun with good tools. I'm definitely going to shop here again and tell all my friends who love to bake. Baker's Secret is fantastic!

Decent cooling racks

Got some cooling racks last week. They're pretty good, you know, do what they're supposed to. I liked that shipping was free, made it easy to just grab a couple without thinking about it. They showed up in about five days, which was fine. No complaints, really. Overall, a smooth experience.

Consistently good bakeware

I ordered a new loaf pan and a couple of silicone spatulas this time. My previous orders from Baker's Secret were always solid, and this one was no different. The non-stick coating on the loaf pan works great, just like my old cookie sheets from them. Shipping was free and got here in about a week. It's why I keep coming back for my kitchen needs.

Hey, thinking of grabbing one of those bakeware sets, specifically the 9-piece one. Anyone know if those 15% off codes stack with the holiday sales? Or is it just one deal at a time?

C Carly Osei 2 months ago

Nah, pretty sure it's just one code per order. I tried to use a first-timer discount during a Black Friday sale and it wouldn't let me.

J Josh C. 2 months ago

Yeah, they're usually pretty strict about that. You can get a good discount on a set with a seasonal sale though, those can be up to 40% sometimes.

Anyone know if they do any special sales around Prime Day? Or is it mostly just their own site's holiday sales?

E Emma 1 month ago

I've seen them have some pretty good deals on their own site around Prime Day sometimes, even though they're not Amazon. Worth checking for sure.

M Mia 1 month ago

Yeah, they usually jump on those big shopping holidays, even if it's not directly related. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are their biggest for sure though.

Are their muffin pans actually dishwasher safe? Or is it better to just handwash them to keep the non-stick good?

T Troy T. 2 months ago

I usually hand wash mine just to be safe. Dishwashers can be kinda harsh on non-stick surfaces over time, even if they say it's safe.

The website says they are, but personally I only ever handwash my non-stick stuff. It just lasts longer, in my experience.

Are Baker's Secret pans actually good? Like, compared to Wilton or something? I've heard mixed things about non-stick longevity.

C Cleo 2 months ago

I've had my Baker's Secret muffin pan for years and it's still going strong. Way better than some cheap Wilton stuff I've bought.

They're solid, especially for the price. I'd say they're comparable to Chicago Metallic. Just don't use metal utensils on 'em, obviously.

Does anyone know if their bakeware is PFOA free? I'm trying to avoid that stuff in my kitchen.

D Dan 2 months ago

Pretty sure it is. Most reputable brands now are, especially non-stick ones. I'd be surprised if Baker's Secret wasn't.

I recall reading on their site somewhere that they don't use it. You should be good.

What's the deal with returns if something isn't right? Is it a huge hassle or pretty straightforward?

O Omar Walsh 2 months ago

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month for a pan that was too big. Just printed a label and sent it back.

P Priya 2 months ago

My experience was good too, I think you just gotta make sure it's unused and in its original packaging. No restocking fees or anything like that from what I recall.

Just wondering about shipping times to, like, California. Is it gonna take forever or do they ship out pretty quick? Need a new cookie sheet asap for a bake sale next week.

E Elena Walsh 2 months ago

I'm in Oregon and mine usually takes about 4-5 business days. They ship from somewhere in the US, so it's not too bad.

Got my last order in about a week to SoCal. It wasn't Amazon fast but definitely reasonable.

is the first order discount code still a thing? tried signing up for the newsletter but didn't see anything pop up.

S Shane 2 months ago

Yeah, I got one when I first signed up a few months ago. Check your spam folder, sometimes it lands there.

N Nina 2 months ago

It's usually a 10% off code. If you signed up and didn't get it, maybe try again with a different email or hit up their customer service.
